• eProvenance has filed four US Patent Applications
  for its technology. - Feburary, 2008

  Early in 2007 eProvenance began actions to acquire intellectual property protection for its technology with the filing of a Provisional U.S. Patent Serial No. 60/890,149. The eProvenance technology for certifying provenance and authenticity of alcoholic beverages using RFID and other technologies through all stages of the distribution channel has four U.S patents pending.
  
  As of February 2008, four U.S. Patent Applications were filed.
  They are entitled:
  

  • "Methods and Systems for Certifying Provenance of Alcoholic Beverages“ Serial No: 12/022,878
  • "Methods and Systems for Providing Mechanisms for Authenticating Contents of a Bottle During its Progress“ Serial No. 12/022,887
  • "Methods and Systems for Authenticating Contents of a Bottle” Serial No. 12/022,884
  • "Methods and Systems for Providing, by Modules in a Shipping Facility, Mechanisms for Certifying Provenance of an Alcoholic Beverage“ Serial No. 12/022,890

  An international application has also been filed.
